How it works
  1. The grid rows are verbs (chosen at random) and the columns are pronouns.
  2. Hide your 6 ships across neighbouring cells — horizontally or vertically.
  3. On your turn, pick an enemy cell and conjugate that verb for that pronoun. Get it right and the shot fires; get it wrong and you forfeit the turn (the answer is shown).
  4. A ship sinks when every one of its cells is hit. Sink the whole enemy fleet to win.
